Big Bear Adventures, Inc. has been the official Zoo-De-Mack transportation since 1992. They offer convenient options to get riders, their bikes and their luggage to their cars for a small fee. Space is limited on all shuttles and therefore should be reserved in advance. 

• Tickets online are $30 per person until midnight on May 4th.
• Starting May 5th tickets will be $36 online until noon on May 17th. 
• After the May 17th noon cutoff you can purchase them ONSITE at Boyne Highlands Friday night in the lobby of the Zoo Bar and Saturday morning under the tent in the ski area parking lot. The onsite price will be $40 for credit cards and a discounted price of $38 if paying with cash. 

Walk-on tickets will be available if there is room on any particular shuttle for the CASH ONLY price of $40. NO CREDIT CARDS FOR WALK-ONS.

**YOU MUST HAVE YOUR RECEIPT TO BOARD THE SHUTTLE. IF YOU DO NOT YOU WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE ANOTHER**

**CANCELLATION POLICY**
Through May 4th a refund will be issued less a 10% handling fee. Absolutely NO REFUNDS after May 4th.
